LOCATION & GENERAL INFORMATION

The Summy farm, which contains 78.77 surveyed acres is ideally located approximately 4 miles northeast of Quincy, IL at 9411 Ellington Road, Fowler, IL. From Interstate 72 north of Quincy, IL, take Highway 24 east 2½ miles to Fowler, then 2 miles south on Road 1300E or take Ellington Road 2½ miles east of Interstate 72. Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before May 25, 2017. Title Insurance will be provided by the Seller. The 2017 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at time of closing subject to a farm tenancy on the pasture through 2017. Immediately following the auction the buyer shall be required to enter into a written contract with the seller.
